As you may recall, back in March, Senator Feinstein accused the CIA of violating the constitution by spying on her and her colleagues. Today, CIA Director John Brennan admitted his organization had spied on it's own congressional oversight committee. More reporting at the Guardian. Just a few weeks ago, our Justice department declined to prosecute because of a "lack of evidence".
